Many of the questions I receive are answered in the FAQ here: Please read that first.

The support I provide is ensuring you are able to access and download the software available on the Microsoft website. For example, I provide support if you are having problems with your account, if you cannot get the secure download manager to work or if you are having problems with the product keys. However, please note that my support mostly ends (i.e. technical support) once you have successfully downloaded the software.
